1. Sales are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital files—which are instantly delivered and cannot be returned—all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

We strongly advise customers to carefully review the product images and description, and verify the file format compatibility, before completing a purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.

2. Exchanges for Errors

We are committed to ensuring you receive the exact product you ordered. We will issue an exchange, free of charge, under the following circumstances:

· Wrong File Sent: If the digital file delivered is not the design you purchased (e.g., the image is different from the product listing), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will promptly verify the error and resend the correct file.

3. Technical Access Issues

If you cannot open the file after a successful download due to a potential technical issue with the file itself (e.g., the file is corrupt or the compressed folder will not extract):

· Action Required: Please contact us immediately at bonnyritzydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the technical error.

· Resolution: We will check and attempt to resolve the issue by either sending a new, clean copy of the file or providing technical troubleshooting assistance.

Important Notes:

· Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their software and device are compatible with the file formats listed in the product description. This policy does not cover compatibility issues or user-error.
